# Plumbing Across Singapore

Who fixes a pipe depends on where it is: inside your home, on common property, or before the water meter.

[Plumbline](/) takes requests island-wide. Pick your type of home for who owns which pipe and the services that fit.
 [## HDB flats

Inside your flat it is yours; common pipes are the Town Council's; the mains are PUB's.
- · Toilet or floor trap choked
- · Water pressure dropped for the whole floor
- · Pipe leaking under the sink](/service-areas/hdb-flats/)[## Condominiums

Your unit's pipes are yours. Common pipes and tanks belong to the development, through the management.
- · Leak under the kitchen sink
- · Whole block has low pressure
- · Bathroom floor trap smells](/service-areas/condominiums/)[## Landed homes

Everything past the water meter is yours, including the long pipe runs a landed home has.

- · Several bathrooms, several heaters
- · Outdoor taps and garden pipes](/service-areas/landed-homes/)
