Privacy Notice

This notice explains how Plumbline handles personal data, in line with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). Last updated 2026-10-11.

What we collect

When you send a request: your name, mobile number, email if given, area or postal code, type of home, and the description of the problem. When you use the site: anonymous usage data (pages viewed, device type, country) without cookies that identify you.

Why we collect it

To pass your request to an independent plumber who serves your area so they can contact you, and to improve the site. We do not sell your details to advertisers.

Who we share it with

The plumber (or plumbers) we pass that request to, and the service providers that host the site and store requests on our behalf.

How long we keep it

Request details are kept for up to 24 months, then deleted, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, or withdraw consent, by sending a request through the contact page with the subject "privacy".
